Laura Hamilton, 38, who presents A Place In The Sun, has said she is “lucky” after coming off the tracks in her car in Italy. The Channel 4 presenter admitted she couldn’t believe what happened after her car got stuck today.
I’m hoping someone is gonna come and rescue me soon
In view of her 101,000 Instagram followers, Laura filmed herself moments after her car “skidded” off the road.
“I have appeared to run into a bit of trouble. Just skidded off road,” she said.
The presenter then turned her phone around to show her fans the tyre tracks on the road, where the incident took place.
“They’re the tyre tracks. My car is stuck,” she continued.
“That’s where I’ve slid down from.”
Laura continued: “Could have been actually a bit worse but my car is stuck in the mud and I’m going nowhere.
“I’m hoping someone is gonna come and rescue me soon.”
Laura was then joined by a crew member, Bounty, and said she was pretty scared.
Sitting in the passenger seat, she said: “I actually don’t know what we’re going to do.”
Bounty then said: “Bit of a pickle,” before Laura yelped: “Oh god!”
Laura revealed in another video: “He just told me I got lucky.
“He’s got experience in driving four-wheel-drive cars. I literally can’t believe what’s just happened and what he’s got us out of.”
