AC/DC have released an animated video for “Demon Fire,” the third single from their latest album, Power Up.
The red and white visual shows a car driving along a dimly lit motorway, with billboards of the band members flashing by now and then. It also shows the car driving under a bridge that features graffiti paying tribute to Malcom Young, the late AC/DC guitarist. The graffiti reads, “This one’s for Mal.”
The band, which released a 53-minute teaser video for the song a day before Halloween, had previously released “Shot in the Dark” and “Realize,” two other songs from the album.
Angus Young declared in a recent interview with NME that Power Up is an album “for Malcolm,” whose death was a huge blow for the band. “But I still think he’s there when I’m playing,” he added.
