Christine Lampard has been spotted out in gym gear weeks after giving birth to her baby boy Freddie.

The Loose Women presenter, 42, was on a mission as she walked through the streets of Chelsea in her black gym ensemble one month after she welcomed her baby boy, Freddie, with her husband Frank.

As the UK eases Covid lockdown restrictions and gyms and pubs begin to open up, the Irish sweetheart made sure to take advantage of it and started working out with a personal trainer.

The TV presenter, who recently enjoyed a meal out with husband Frank, was dressed in black as she made her way to her gym class wearing a black tracksuit jacket over the top of a black strappy sports top underneath.

She paired the look with a pair of black three-quarter length Nike Air leggings and a pair of a much-loved pair of grey trainers.

The mother-of-two pulled her hair back into a low bun to keep her long locks out of her hair while she walked to her gym whilst carrying a water bottle and speaking on the phone.

She added a touch of glamour to her outfit with a black crossbody YSL handbag and a spot of natural make-up as she prepared to work out.

Christine announced she had given birth to a baby boy back on 15 March on her Instagram page to her 602,000 followers with a sweet snap of her breastfeeding her boy.

She wrote in the caption: “Let us introduce you to our newest addition … Frederick (Freddie) George Lampard! We are completely in love @franklampard.”

The husband and wife tied the knot back in 2015 and are already parents to Patricia, two, and Frank has daughters Luna, 15 and Isla, 13 from his past relationship with Elen Rivas.

A friend of the pair exclusively told OK! Online that although the two are thrilled about the arrival of their son, they have no plans to have any more children.
