Kim was absolutely over the moon making the announcement on Twitter.

Kim Kardashian has welcomed her fourth child via surrogate.

The reality star announced on Twitter, "He’s here and he’s perfect!" on Friday. This is the second child Kim and Kanye West have brought into the world via a surrogate.

According to TMZ the baby weighed in at 6lbs 9 oz.

The family, which has now grown to six, have been eagerly awaiting the baby boy. No word yet on the name for this fourth child.

Kim also noted the new bundle of joy is reminiscent of another member of the family in a followup tweet.

Kim carried North and Saint but used a surrogate for Chicago. Due to various medical complications, pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta with her second pregnancy and delivery, doctors advised the star against another pregnancy.

Amid the excitement over a new baby joining her growing family, Kim has also been busy with her law apprenticeship as she studies for the California bar exam. She has also been tirelessly working on prison reform and has worked to free 17 prisoners in the last 3 months.
