Nicole Scherzinger stole the show when she made her comeback with The Pussycat Dolls on Celebrity X Factor last month.
The singer, 41, left little to the imagination in a see-through catsuit which had just a few strips of PVC to protect her modesty while she writhed around the stage.
And fans were baffled at how she seems to have barely aged since the band first started out in the noughties.
So just how natural is Nicole's beauty?
A surgeon from MYA Cosmetic Surgery says: "Looking at past images of Nicole, it is possible that she has undergone a surgical Breast Enlargement. A Breast Enlargement aims to increase the size, shape, or fullness of the breast using an implant.
"I would assume that Nicole may have requested a natural shape with more upper fullness whilst keeping in proportion to her frame.
"This can be achieved in many ways depending on the patient’s current breast tissue and surgeon recommendation with the choice of implant shape, size and placement of the implants during surgery. The average price of this procedure is £5000 – £6000.
"Nicole may have undergone a Rhinoplasty (the surgical name for nose reshaping surgery) procedure. Her nose appears thinner across the bridge of her nose and the tip and nostrils appear to be smaller than in previous images.
"The surgical procedure of reducing the size of the nostrils is called an alar base reduction. A nose changing shape in such a way could only be achieved through surgery rather than contouring.
"The results of the procedure are very natural and still in-keeping with the natural proportions of her face. The cost of a Rhinoplasty procedure ultimately depends on many different physiological factors, the techniques used and the surgeon.
"They typically range anything from £6000-£10,000.
"I believe that Nicole may have undergone the non-surgical treatment of fillers to her lips as she appears to have fuller lips compared to previous images – especially when smiling.
"The provider has ensured her lips still appear natural and in proportion to the patient’s facial features. The average cost of lip fillers in the UK can range depending on the provider and the amount of filler used, however, you can expect to pay anything from £200 – £1000 per treatment.
"I would also suggest Nicole has had anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, to her forehead and around her eyes (crow's feet). This non-surgical treatment will create a smooth forehead and limit any frown/expression lines.
"The treatment will normally last 3-6 months – as muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again.
"This procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin if you are after a youthful appearance or it can be used as a preventative measure to slow the process of getting wrinkles."
