Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne has dropped the official music video for the song “Ordinary Man,” a collaboration with old friend Elton John.
The 5-minute clip was directed by Stephen Lee Carr and showcases a string of highlights from the 71-year-old singer’s personal life and five-decade-long musical career, beginning with a shot of his hometown of Birmingham, England.
The video includes snapshots of Ozzy’s glory days as the frontman of the iconic metal band Black Sabbath, but also included are some of the lower points in his life, such as his battle against addiction and P2, a milder form of Parkinson’s Disease, the former of which he was eventually able to overcome with the help of his loving wife, Sharon Osbourne.
The song is from the album of the same name, which was released on February 21, 2020 and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart and also reigned the Top Rock Albums chart.
Meanwhile, Ozzy has indefinitely postponed his No More Tours 2 due to health complications caused by P2.
