Smitten Caroline Flack shares steamy bedroom snap of boyfriend Lewis Burton

Caroline Flack was unable to resist flaunting her handsome boyfriend Lewis Burton on Instagram on Monday evening.

The Love Island host, who will soon be jetting off to Cape Town in South Africa for the new winter edition of the series, uploaded a snap of the hunk as he sat up in bed next to her.

The 40-year-old ogled her 27-year-old toyboy as he played on his mobile phone in the black and white photo that she drew a pink heart on.

Dishy Lewis could be seen shirtless in the bedroom snap as his face was illuminated by the screen of his iPhone.

The pair seem to be spending quality time together ahead of Caroline's schedule becoming hectic with the start of the ITV romance show.

The Surjury star is used to flying back and forth from the UK to Mallorca for eight weeks over the summer while Love Island is on.

But early next year, her commute to work will be a lot harder.

Love Island has launched its first ever winter series and Caroline signed on the dot to present the show.

Instead, the winter version is set in Capetown which means the Love Island host will have to catch 13-hour flights to and from South Africa to the UK.

At the end of November she jetted across the globe – for a brief trip – to film some promotional footage for the show.

After sharing snaps of herself on the plane, she said: "24 hours in Capetown best time ever makes me so excited for next year."

Caroline crossed paths with her boyfriend Lewis at the start of the summer after she wrapped up her stint on Love Island.

The lovebirds even sparked engagement rumours in recent weeks but it seems the couple are happy just dating for now.
