A FAST food fan has revealed what happened when he ate McDonald’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 100 days – and claims to have LOST weight.
Most of us think that when we’re trying to shed a few pounds, it’s common sense to avoid fast food.
But Kevin (@bigmaccoaching) decided to see if he could drop the excess while still eating his favourite guilty pleasure – McDonald’s.
In February, he vowed to eat three small meals a day from the fast food chain – and promised to keep people posted on his progress.
And while he wasn’t sure what to expect, he revealed he has now lost 56 and a half pounds, and 50 points off his cholesterol.
In the first post on his dedicated TikTok page, Kevin said: “So I woke up this morning and I weighed in at 238 lbs.

I’m a dietitian – here’s my top McDonald’s menu picks if you’re on a diet
“It’s February 21st, 2023 and I decided that is absolutely unacceptable.
“So I drove down to McDonald’s because if you’re going to start getting into better physical shape, McDonald’s is the place you go.
“I know some of you are thinking that might be crazy, but I’m going to eat nothing but McDonald’s for the next 100 days.
“But instead of eating everything they give me, I’m going to go ahead and cut the meals in half just to prove to myself and maybe some of the other people watching that it’s not as much what you’re eating, it’s the quantity that we’re eating that really jacks us up.

“So I’ll order the meals, I’ll eat half of what they give me. I’ll opt for a bottle of water instead of the soda, and we’ll keep track of it. See how it goes.
“I know many of you are going to think I’m crazy, but let’s find out.”
In other videos, he explained that he was spending an average of $5 (£4.03) a day, amounting to $1500 (£1,300) during the 100 days.
Kevin has also had various tests, including bloods, during the 14 weeks to see how his diet has affected him internally.
He suggested that after 60 days of breakfast wraps, burgers, and fries, his cholesterol was actually down 50 points.
In one of his recent updates, on day 90 of his test, Kevin said: “Here we are, 90 days of eating nothing but McDonald’s, down 56 and a half pounds.
“I got the number seven meal and an apple fritter.
“So I’ll be having half the apple fritter, I’ll be having one of the burritos, put the other one back for later.
“Looked at my app this morning, 200,000 points on the McDonald’s app, and for the first week I wasn’t even using it.”
During the one-minute reel, he’s seen tucking into a breakfast tortilla filled with sausage, eggs, cheese, peppers, and an apple fritter.
Later in the video, he shares a glimpse at the difference his ’diet’ has made to his physique, sharing two side-on photos.
At the start of his experiment, Kevin appears to be carrying most of his weight around his stomach, while his arms, face, and neck also look less toned.
After 90 days, his stomach appears to be almost flat.
His test attracted plenty of attention online, with his video gaining more than 17,200 likes and 384,800 views.
Known online as @bigmaccoaching, the content creator has kept his 83,900 followers updated on his regular fast-food orders and his progress.
In the comments, TikTokkers shared their reactions, with one writing: “I need to eat more McDonald's!!! This is amazing!”
“This was a hoot!!! You look great! I can’t eat out, just don’t hit the spot like home-cooked meals. This is impressive though,” commented another.
A third added: “Just shows you, portion control can change so much.”
Someone else put: “You look fantastic!”
And it seems he’s not the only one seeing results while still snacking on McDonald's, with another adding: “I started getting a Big Mac with no bun an extra lettuce and a small fry instead of a regular and medium fry. I eat low carb not Keto. Down 40ish lbs.”
Although not all were convinced, with another adding: “Men are different. If I did this I’d gain 150 pounds the first week.”
