A MODEL shows off a pair of £12,000 feathered trousers that look like TV puppet Orville.

Fashion brand Bottega Veneta’s ostrich feather design has also been likened to fake grass.

Shocked buyers suggested they looked like the Grinch, Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street or a Fraggle.

The soft denim feather pants feature classic black jeans covered front to back in bright green feathers.

Extravagant feathers have recently made a comeback but most designers restrict them to cuffs and collars.

Bottega Veneta opted for ostrich feathers to pull their statement jeans together.

Those wanting to buy them will need to move fast as the last size available in the trousers is UK 8.

One shopper said they remind her of Orville the duck.
