Phillip Schofield was treated to a birthday to remember as he celebrated his imminent 60th with the This Morning crew.
The veteran presenter was surprised with a series of pre birthday surprises arranged by the show's crew and Holly Willoughby.
"I love you team," Phillip wrote alongside pictures and videos uploaded to his Instagram where he invited fans to join in the celebrations.
Phillip also shared photos of the makeup room filled with balloons, gifts and cards including one with a nod to his love of wine, reading: "Someone Please Call Wine Nine Nine".
On Thursday morning, Phillip shared a photo where he had a £440 bottle of champagne and an incredible birthday cake waiting for him at the studios.
As the team all gathered around him to sing 'Happy Birthday' and he blew out the candles on his cake, co-host Holly could be seen in the mirror recording the special moment on her phone.
Phillip officially turns 60 tomorrow, however, this is his final day on This Morning ahead of the weekend.
Holly could then be heard shouting 'and many more' as the song came to an end.
Phillip was full of gratitude for his surprise and shared videos of the whole thing on Instagram with plenty of heart emojis.
The TV star later showed off his gifts and captioned the video with the song My Favourite Things from The Sound Of Music.
Fans couldn't quite believe that Phillip was turning 60 and took to social media to share their surprise.
"Phillip Schofield is 60? WHAT?? He does not look it, that's for sure," one fan tweeted.
While another wrote: "Can't get my head around the fact Phillip Schofield is 60. He's older than my nan."
Phillip has been presenting on the ITV daytime show since 2002, when he first hosted with Fern Britton who had replaced John Leslie.
Holly then joined This Morning to host alongside Phillip in 2008 and the pair have been inseparable on TV ever since, showing off their great chemistry and sharing a few giggles on air from time to time.
Speaking on Lorraine in 2021 about her years long friendship with Phillip, Holly said: “We love each other. He’s been a huge support for me right since the very beginning, in a friendship sense and also within my career.
"He’s guided and moulded me from the very beginning. He’s been like my teacher really and not many people do that, but he’s always been very generous and very giving. He's been my champion since the get go so I’m very lucky."
