As one of the world’s highest paid supermodels, trying out different hair and make-up looks is all part of the job for Lily Aldridge. But the mum-of-two isn’t afraid to dress up at home too – and she here reveals a few simple ways to elevate your look this Christmas.
Lily, 35, is part of Disneyland Paris’ first digital advent calendar, aiming to sprinkle a little magic around this Christmas through daily activities such as recipes, arts and crafts and shows.
The Victoria's Secret model takes part in today’s virtual surprise, showing how easy it is to recreate the looks of two of her favourite Disney characters, Minnie Mouse and Belle from Beauty and the Beast, simply by making a few small hair and make-up tweaks.

In the video, Lily – who is married to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill – begins by wearing a Disneyland sweatshirt with her hair loosely tousled, before a click of the fingers sees her transform into Belle.
Wearing a yellow dress similar to Belle’s iconic gown, Lily has also tied her hair up loosely into a bun and embellished it with a red rose.
“One of my favourite princesses is Belle,” Lily says.

Can you give a few quick, simple tips for busy mums to add a touch of Disneyland Paris sparkle to their everyday hair and make-up?

What is your typical Christmas Day hair and make-up look?
"I’m usually in pjs most of the morning. Then for a late Christmas lunch I like to dress up and put on a red lipstick, a Pat McGrath Labs highlighter and some mascara (I love Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara ) and put my hair up in a nice easy bun."
Your skin always looks so glowing – talk us through your typical skincare routine…
I love sheet masks to keep my skin glowing. One of my favourites is Joanna Vargas Exfoliating Mask. And at night I love to use Kora Organics Noni Glow Face Oil to really hydrate my skin. I’m also in love with Shani Darden’s new facial sculpting wand that tightens muscles and firms your skin.
What's the best beauty secret you've picked up from the modelling world over the years?
Beauty is what’s on the inside – nothing is more beautiful to me than a kind, beautiful smile!
