A woman has left people in stitches after she ‘fooled’ the public into thinking she was a waxwork at Madame Tussauds.
The gallery of the life-like replicas are a favourite amongst tourists from near and far.
So prankster Alexandra Duffin, 28, from Australia , thought it would be a perfect opportunity to play a joke on unassuming visitors at the world famous exhibit.
In a TikTok clip that has racked up a whopping 1.8 million views, the brunette stood next to a wax figure of Michael Jackson as she held up a guitar.
She wrote in the video: “Fooling people into believing I’m a wax figure at Madame Tussauds.”
As Alexandra gave a big grin, she looked straight on as if she was part of the famous line-up.
And, it was not long before people came up to her to inspect what they thought to be a very well formed wax figure.
Two women lightly patted Alexandra on the arm and waved in front of her eyes to see if she would break her very still stance.
Moving on, the prankster then stood by another replica of a celebrity as she held her hand up in the air and threw the peace sign.
Hilariously, Alexandra then got into a sidecar attached to a motorbike and opened her mouth wide as if she was screaming.
That is some dedication!
Left giggling at Alexandra’s prank, many people fled to the comments to praise her creativity and execution.
One person commented: “How did you not blink?”
Another user added: “Too good.”
While a third person chuckled: “This is hilarious.”
Someone else giggled: “The last one cannot be for real.”
And, a fifth user shared: “My dad did that once but by accident… he sat somewhere and people did take some pictures.”
