BIG NEWS coming out of Italy.
Sky Italia are claiming Manchester United and Juventus have reached an agreement ‘in principle’ involving Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku.
They claim all that is needed now is for United and the Argentinian, who is also being chased by Spurs, to agree personal terms.
FURIOUS Mauricio Pochettino dropped a huge transfer bombshell after Tottenham’s Audi Cup win over Real Madrid.
The Spurs boss called for his title to be changed from manager to coach because he is no longer in charge of transfer dealings.
He said: “Maybe the club need to change my title description now, because my job now is to coach the team.
“[Transfers are] not a question for me, they are a question for the club, and maybe they are going to change my title description.”
FORMER Arsenal midfielder Stewart Robson believes Paulo Dybala would not get into Spurs' starting XI.
The Juventus midfielder has been linked with a move to Tottenham, but Robson has advised the club against signing him.
The ESPN pundit said: “I’ve seen Dybala play a lot for Juventus, I think he’s a nearly man.
“He’s a fringe player, he likes playing off other people, I don’t think he’s strong enough for the Premier League.”
He added: “I’m not a great Dybala fan, I think he’s a bit-part player. I don’t think he would get into Spurs’ team.”
SPURS reportedly face competition in their quest to snare Giovano Lo Celso away from Real Betis.
Estadio Deportivo claim that both Napoli and Atletico Madrid are keen on the Argentinian international.
It had been reported that the 23-year-old was close to having a Tottenham medical.
However no fee has been agreed between Spurs and Betis.
TOTTENHAM are reportedly interested in bringing Angel Correa to North London.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the 24-year-old striker is free to leave the Wanda Metropolitano this summer.
