Paige VanZant's possible WWE matchups including Sasha Banks & Dana Brooke as former UFC star posts beach bikini snap

Paige VanZant posted a stunning beach bikini picture on Wednesday amid rumors the former UFC star is about to move to WWE.

The 26-year-old, who made her Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut last week, recently confirmed that she's had talks with the wrestling organization about making the switch.

Speaking last week on the Insight podcast, VanZant said wrestling is "something that I would like to really pursue” and revealed she has already visited the WWE performance Center in Florida.

The fighter has everything it takes to be a success in WWE, including mainstream appeal, ability, athleticism, showmanship, and incredible looks.

Should she make the move, VanZant would be the latest fighter to switch codes, following Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar.

Here are five possible opponents for VanZant should she leave combat sports for the bright lights of WWE:

Charlotte Flair

Any woman who needs to prove themselves in a WWE should step in the ring with Queen Charlotte.

Flair is the daughter of wrestling icon Ric Flair and has held the WWE championship a record thirteen times.

Because of Flair's 5-foot-10 stature and intensity, VanZant's natural toughness and confidence would likely translate into a very hard-hitting match.

Sasha Banks

Banks was named Sports Illustrated's number one wrestler in the world last year.

She is widely considered one of the best talents in the game and has an ability to make all her opponents look good.

Once VanZant is comfortable in her role in WWE, a match with the nine-time champion could sure-up her place in the industry – and would be a watchable follow on from Rousey's 2019 Royal Rumble event with Banks.

Dana Brooke

In wrestling, sometimes your real-life friends are your best opponents.

Brooke is pals with VanZant and posted an Instagram message telling her to "kick some ass" in her BKFC fight last month.

The 32-year-old, a former WBFF champion, is considered a veteran having signed in 2013 and would be in a position to guide VanZant through her early days in WWE.

Natalya Neidhart

If there is anyone that can ensure a smooth WWE transition for VanZant in it's wrestling royalty Neidhart.

She is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Jim The Anvil Neidhart and niece of wrestling legend and icon Bret The Hitman Hart.

The two-time champion knows the wrestling industry in and out and is already a mentor to most of the ladies in WWE's locker room.

When UFC Hall of Famer Rousey arrived in WWE, she did well under Neidhart's mentorship and guidance.

VanZant could also train with Neidhart at her wrestling gym, The Dungeon.

Ronda Rousey

VanZant vs Rousey in the WWE is a blockbuster matchup that writes itself.

Rousey blazed the trail for women like VanZant in the UFC and combat sports world.

Two UFC darlings squaring off in the WWE for supremacy could headline ppv events, including Wrestlemania.

After retiring from UFC, Rousey joined WWE in 2018 for a year and held the RAW Women's Championship for 231 days.
