ARSENAL will escape relegation this season… but only JUST.

That's according to a Premier League Super-computer which predicts the floundering Gunners are going to get even WORSE before surviving by the skin of their teeth.

While Manchester City are predicted to finish EIGHTH after their uninspiring beginning to the campaign.

Chelsea will be fifth in the league at Christmas after beating West Ham 3-0 at home on Monday.

The Blues got back to winning ways after back-to-back defeats and they are projected to continue that form and nab the fourth and final Champions League spot.

Liverpool are predicted to successfully defend their title with Leicester and Manchester United in line to hold on to their Christmas positions of second and third respectively.

Everton will be fourth on Christmas Day but are set to drop down to fifth while Tottenham – who many claimed were in the title race – are predicted to drop down to seventh.

The biggest movers are Fulham who are 18th but their recent form suggests things are getting better at Craven Cottage.
