Billie Faiers breaks down in tears on Wednesday's final episode of The Family Diaries as husband Greg Shepherd surprises her with her favourite song at their 10th anniversary party.

Earlier in the series, Greg, 36, had secretly taken himself and their two children – Nelly, seven, and Arthur, four – for singing lessons so they could perform Billie's, 31, favourite song Crazy by Patsy Cline.

Greg explained that Billie's late nan, Wendy, always used to sing it to her and even performed it at their 2019 wedding in the Maldives.

In an exclusive clip obtained by OK! , it sees the moment Billie is surprised with the performance and she is left in tears over the thoughtful gesture.

Greg says: "Babe, this is a little video I've put together…"

Speaking in a VT, Billie admits: "I knew you had something up your sleeve but I didn't know what it was going to be."

It then goes back to the party where it sees a video of Greg, Nelly and Arthur pretending to play musical instruments as they sing along to Crazy.

Billie is left emotional over the surprise as she wipes away tears with her sister Sam Faiers also seen crying during the performance.

Speaking in a VT over the surprise, Billie says: "When I heard the song, Crazy, and the kids singing it… it literally melted my heart. There were a lot of tears in the room.

"I know what it's like trying to get Nelly and Arthur to do anything, so I know that a lot of effort will have gone into getting that video, it was amazing."
