Game of Talents fans were left swooning as they spotted some 'romantic' chemistry between Jordan North and his game show partner Jess.

Fans of the ITV game show spotted the tension as soon as they appeared on-screen to compete for the money balls.

Viewers flocked to social media to share their hopes for the duo, with one writing: "Jordan and Jess look like a couple."

Someone else said: "@jordannorth1 you and Jess are looking quite comfortable together."

A third viewer added: "Are Jordan and Jess going to just get it on orrrrr what…"

Another social media user penned: "Jess and Jordan look like a perfect couple."

Someone else wrote: "Jess and Jordan are VERY much the same! They need to date!"

It came after the duo joked that they were "the same person" on Saturday's episode.

Jordan confirmed that he was single back in December, admitting on the Help I Sexted My Boss podcast: "I’ve never lived with a partner.

"I’ve had them stay over but after two days I’m like you’re doing my head in, p*** off."

He added: "Sleeping in bed with a partner is hard because I’m a starfish. I like to be full on spread out."

But on Saturday night's show, there was definitely a hint of spark between the pair.

As they put their heads together to try and work out each performer's talent, Jess and Jordan seemed to be struggling over some of the clues given by presenter Vernon Kay.

And Saturday's show was definitely making a few fans nostalgic for last year's I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, as Queen of the Castle Giovanna Fletcher also popped up as a contestant, paired with delivery driver Marvin.

Things heated up even more as Jordan undertook a chilli eating contest with a seasoned expert.

And it looked like Jordan was about to lose his lunch for a second time on national telly as he bit into a fiery chilli pepper.

Comparing it to a dreaded Bushtucker Trial, viewers feared for Jordan's stomach – but thankfully, he gave up after three chillis.

But despite it all, the pair didn't make it through to the final round after being beaten by Giovanna and Marvin.

Jordan has been notoriously private about his personal life, but admitted in another episode of the Help I Sexted My Boss podcast that he has been dumped in the past.

"People have broken up with me but I’m thick skinned so it’s onwards and upwards. I don’t have a heart of stone, but, you know.

"When I broke up with an ex I found out a lot about myself. I am very annoying and very needy and I wouldn’t have thought that."

Jordan captured the nation's hearts when he appeared on the last series of I'm a Celeb – although he was famously intimidated by every Bushtucker Trial.

And he caught the wrong kind of attention from voters when he threw up during the first episode – ensuring he was voted in for every subsequent trial.

The radio DJ made a valiant comeback, though, and came runner-up.

He reflected afterwards: "Stupidly I thought I could get away with doing trials and at best come out midway, and then I spewed on a cliff… I thought anything with snakes, heights or tight spaces I couldn't do but I did!"
