Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner has taken Joe Jonas' name after £460 Las Vegas wedding

GAME Of Thrones star Sophie Turner has taken her husband Joe Jonas' last name following their quickie Las Vegas wedding.

The couple's marriage certificate shows that the 23-year-old, who landed home in LA wearing a "just married" sash, will now be going by the name Sophie Belinda Jonas.

Sansa Stark actress Sophie and Joe left fans reeling after they wed in a surprise ceremony costing just £460 at the Little White Chapel hours after the Billboard Awards.

Their certificate reads: "Sophie Belinda Turner of New York, New York born 02/21/1996, who wishes to use the name Sophie Belinda Jonas after marriage."

The 23-year-old Game Of Thrones star was wearing a 'just married' sash as she and her new husband Joe returned to Los Angeles yesterday.

The couple touched down on a private jet, with her wearing a white hoodie with black trousers and a pair of white trainers.

Sophie and Jonas Brothers star Joe were married by a red-suited Elvis impersonator with a microphone in the quirky ceremony.

The actress is said to have told her mum she was marrying Joe in a "breathless" phone call moments before they tied the knot.

In a video filmed by DJ Diplo, Sophie is shown repeating the words: "I thee wed and I love you and I thank God he gave me you."

Then the couple repeat: "I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you all the days of my life."

Sophie and Joe then exchanged boiled-sweet rings in front of a crowd of friends and fellow Billboard attendees including singer Khalid.

Elvis told Sophie to kiss the ring, but as it was made of sugar she gave it a big lick instead, leaving Joe in hysterics.

The famous couple are thought to have obtained their marriage licence earlier in the day – and are set to have a 'proper' wedding in Paris later this year.

Their wedding came hours after Joe had performed at the Billboard Awards at Las Vegas' Grand Garden Arena, where Sophie was one of the presenters.
