HOLLYOAKS' Sophie Austin shared a naked snap of her bump as she counts down the days until she welcomes her second baby with ex Corrie star Shayne Ward.

The actress, who played Lindsey Butterfield in the Channel 4 soap between 2013 and 2016, revealed she was expecting again back in January.

Over the weekend Sophie, 38, took to Instagram to post a picture of her growing baby bump.

In the black and white snap the soap star can be seen sitting at a table with her dressing gown open and her stomach on show.

The Casualty actress looked out into the garden as she rested her under the table.

Sophie captioned the post: "Been waiting a long time for you."

At the start of the year X Factor favourite Shayne Ward revealed that he was going to be a dad for a second time.

The couple already share five-year-old daughter Willow.

Speaking to Hello! Shayne said: “I would always say to Sophie: ‘I know in my gut and in my heart of hearts that we are going to have more children.’

“There was no two ways about it. We never gave up. It’s been a whirlwind.

“And 16 years after I appeared on The X Factor, I have a beautiful family and one on the way. I am on cloud nine. It’s amazing that we’re going to have another girl to add to the Ward clan.”

The couple initially tried to conceive through IVF, and Sophie admitted the process took its toll on her mental health.

She said: "I’ve never felt so depressed and low in my whole life."

Sophie credited Shayne's positivity for helping her get through it and eventually she fell pregnant naturally.
