Ant and Dec issue update on Jamie Lynn Spears
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! bosses have confirmed the first eviction date of the 2023 series.Fans have been wondering when they will get the opportunity to vote for their favourite stars, especially in the wake of shock early exits by two stars.
An ITV spokesperson has confirmed to Express.co.uk the first elimination vote will take place very shortly.
They said the first public vote will take place on Sunday night’s programme. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are set to announce when the vote will take place on tonight’s (Saturday, December 2) show.
By the end of next week, there will be three celebrities in the final, but only one can be crowned this year’s winner.

Viewers will be able to vote for who they want to see become the next King or Queen of the Jungle next Sunday.
It has been an unpredictable series so far, with two celebrities having quit on “medical grounds” in the space of a week.
The first star to quit this year’s series was food critic Grace Dent who left after a week Down Under.

She said in a statement: “Thank you for the outpouring of love I’ve received since I was removed on Monday.
“I am overwhelmingly sad right now, but determined to keep alive in my heart the huge personal breakthroughs I made over the weeks.”
Her campmates, who include Sam Thompson, Nigel Farage, Danielle Harold and Josie Gibson were gutted to hear about her early exit.
A few days after Grace left the show, Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears quit the ITV series. The American also left the show “on medical grounds” and she made it clear during her time on the show she was “miserable” at points.
The 32-year-old said on Instagram: “Thank ya’ll for welcoming me into your living rooms night after night, and for supporting me through all the highs and lows. I am so grateful for this show, and all of the wonderful people a part of it!
“I will be taking some time to recover and spend time with my family, but looking forward to sharing all about my journey on @imacelebrity with everyone! Love ya’ll.”
