Justice League came 10 days early for some fans after a few minutes of the movie leaked on HBO Max. Users reported being able to catch a glimpse at the film when a glitch replaced Tom and Jerry the Movie with Justice League. This came as a huge surprise to fans, who said the issue was fixed within a few minutes.
Twitter user Doug Bass of North Carolina claimed he was able to watch a full hour of the new film before it was cut off, however.
He said: “I just wanted to put on Tom & Jerry for background noise while I worked, and instead I watched an hour of an amazing movie.”
The streaming service said in a statement: “Zack Snyder’s Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max and the error was addressed within minutes”
This teaser is sure to whet fans’ appetites, with many clamouring to see how the director has reintroduced Jared Leto’s Joker into the movie, and what this could mean for the franchise.
The only way to answer these questions will be to see the film in full.

How to watch Zac Snyder’s Justice League online
At the moment, the film has not been released in full which means it is not available to stream online.
But HBO Max will release the new movie as planned on March 18, 2021, meaning there’s not long to wait.
This will be in the USA only, however, as HBO Max is currently not available to view in the UK or outside of America.
As for the UK release, it has not been revealed how or when the film will come out in the UK, though reports have suggested it may be released via on-demand streaming outlets, such as Google Play, iTunes and Amazon Prime Video.
This has not been confirmed by Warner Bros at this time.
As a result of this, any website claiming to have the film for streaming or download is illegal.
The Digital Economy Act 2017 means people could now face ten-year prison sentences for illegally streaming copyrighted content.
To be sure you’re not watching copyrighted material, you should go direct to companies such as Netflix or Amazon Prime, according to FACT (Federation Against Copyright Theft).
When the release date was finally revealed, it also came with a new official synopsis which is different from the original Justice League movie.
The synopsis reads: “Determined to ensure Superman’s ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne aligns forces with Diana Prince with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions,” it reads.
“The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes.
“Now united, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”
Darkseid and DeSaad were not revealed in the Justice League movie from 2017, despite being mentioned by Steppenwolf.
DeSaad’s scenes were cut from the theatrical cut, but fans have had the chance to see him in deleted scenes.
The pair will make their feature debut in the Snyder Cut, played by Ray Porter and Peter Guinness respectively.
Fans will know the background of the film, which was made after fans called to see Zack Snyder’s original version.
While he directed Justice League in 2017, Warner Bros drafted in help from Joss Whedon to make some final cuts and edits to the film.
This meant, on its release, Zack revealed his frustration with the version, stating his own cut was far more expansive in the storylines.
In the end, fans called for this to be released, and soon enough Warner Bros permitted its release as the Snyder Cut.
Zack has also revealed a black and white version of Justice League will be released alongside his cut, which he referred to as ‘Justice is Gray.’
