KATE Lawler revealed her toned stomach in cropped top on a summer day out with baby Noa after admitting her "body isn't what it used to be".
The 41-year-old star cradled her five-month-old daughter on a sunny day in London after welcoming the tot with partner Martin welcomed their first child in February.
The new mum looked amazing as she showed off her healthy figure in high-waisted jeans and a low-cut top, with her hair swept back from her face.
The Virgin Radio host teamed the look with orange and cream sandals and a white pedicure, while her daughter looked adorable in a colourful romper.
Kate's fans rushed to praise her as one said: "I wish I lost all my baby weight that quick you look stunning xx"
The star – who rose to fame on Big Brother – replied back: "I’m half a stone heavier than pre-potato 🥰 As long as you and your baby are healthy and happy, your size doesn’t matter x ❤️"
Kate recently reflected on her return to exercise in a new Instagram post.
The former Big Brother champ smiled with a healthy drink in hand as she posed for a selfie in her gym gear.
Dressed in a sports bra and leggings, Kate's enviably toned tum is on display.
Opening up in the post's caption, Kate revealed that after having a C-section she wasn't allowed to exercise for six weeks, and had mostly been walking her dogs to stay fit.
Kate added that she found leaving her daughter to go to classes "overwhelming", but she was thrilled to be back into a routine after going to a pilates class.
She explained: "It feels good to be finally getting back into regular exercise!
"Obviously after my birth (which was abdominal) I wasn’t allowed to do any form of exercise for at least 6 weeks so I took it easy and up until now have only been walking @baxterandshirley with a couple of reformer pilates classes back in May.
"At that point I still found leaving home to workout a little too overwhelming but I’m happy to say I feel like we’re now in such a good routine I’m able to get to my local gym once a week for a killer session. 👊"
The new mum went on: "I accept my body isn’t what it used to be but I grew a human, had my tummy cut open and a potato pulled out! 😂 While every woman’s body is unique and our attitudes to fitness can differ, I personally love keeping fit.
"I enjoy putting my body through workouts and always feel great afterwards. Lately I’ve felt stiff and slow and wobbly so I’m doing something about it and looking forward to getting my fitness back as well as toning up!
"I even bought myself an Apple Watch (which just arrived) to track how I’m doing. I might even go for a jog next week!"
