Loose Women was back on our screens on Tuesday for the latest instalment of the ITV daytime show.
This Morning star Ruth Langsford was in the anchor's seat alongside panellists Gloria Hunniford and Janet Street-Porter, while Kéllé Bryan joined in the conversation via a video link from home.
The famous foursome chatted about bosses trying to keep tabs on staff members who are working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Business owner Kéllé admitted: "There has been a time when I've told my staff members that I'm going to go on Zoom without giving them much notice. And there has been times when someone is in the shower."
She laughed: "Not mentioning any names," before going on to name the member of staff.
Viewers at home rushed to their keyboards to point out that Kéllé shouldn't have publicly named the member of staff in question.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "Wow! Did Kelle just name and shame a member of her staff on national TV? How unprofessional.
"I hope the person is now working on her CV and gets a job working for a nicer boss who doesn’t embarrass her."
Another added: "I reckon Kelle is a shamer boss."
A third posted: "Kelle comes across as really nice, but I bet if you cross her then she'll let rip. I bet she's a hard task master away from the camera."
Kéllé, who is the CEO of Advocate Agency, said: "For me you've got to build a level of trust with your staff.
"If you've got that relationship with your staff there shouldn't be a need to send a detective around."
Former newspaper editor Janet said told the Loose Women panel that she's more productive when left to her own devices.
The 73-year-old star said: "Some people work much better outside office hours."
Kelle is best known as a member of girl group Eternal alongside Lousie Redknapp and sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett.
The TV personality founded Advocate Agency in 2000 with her credible weight of industry knowledge and award winning personal success.
According to the business' website, AA "forms the conduit between the artist and the opportunity" and "gives the freedom and confidence to focus on being creative, whilst getting you the best results possible, through negotiating and skilfully directing your career path".
In 2018, she began portraying the role of Martine Deveraux in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks and joined the Loose Women panel the year later.
