LORRAINE viewers playfully mocked multi-millionaire Vogue Williams as she admitted she was "trying" to wear clothes more than once.

It came as the Irish model, 36, presented a fashion segment on transition garments from summer to autumn.

Vogue, who is married to ex Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, confessed: "I would be guilty of getting something and putting it in the wardrobe and not re-wearing it.

"I am trying to get better at that."

Later in the show, she continued: "I don't want to wear something once then stuff it in the wardrobe," to which stand-in host Christine Lampard replied: "We are all guilty of it."

The mum of three then continued: "It feels like it's cool to re-wear something and re-work it."

Yet fans were quick to raise eyebrows at her comments, with one sarcastically writing: "Nothing like having the money to buy something, put it in your wardrobe and never rewearing it eh? I'm guilty of that all of the time of course …. Yeah right #Lorraine."

Another put: "Summer dress + boots + jacket = Autumn “wear your clothes again” advice on #Lorraine."

Others took issue with the outfits Vogue was introducing onto the ITV runway, including garments from Primark and F&F at Tesco.

They wrote: "Love that @VogueWilliams is on @reallorraine telling people about cheap dresses and there she is wearing the most beautiful sequinned multi colour designer dress and blue heels looking INCREDIBLE 💙 #Lorraine."

One added: "She’s never shopped F&F in her life 🙄😂 #lorraine."

Yet some were hugely impressed by the model's segment, which saw her look stunning in a long-sleeve sequin-print mini dress.

A fan wrote: "@VogueWilliams @clbleakley loved the fashion segment today – the Irish lassies chatting away were great together… fresh and bright!"

Their comments come amid Vogue's royal connection, with her sister-in-law being Pippa Middleton.

Pippa tied the knot with Spencer's brother James at St Mark's Church in Englefield, Berks, in May 2017.
