X Factor star Wagner was taught how to shot a Jägerbomb 10 minutes before performing at lesbian wedding on tonight’s episode of The Grand Party Hotel.
The singer was booked as a surprise celebrity guest at Danielle and Trudy’s big day and was ushered into Liverpool’s Shankly hotel via a secret lift.
But before Wagner went on stage to perform, wedding planner Ciara gifted him with a little bit of Dutch courage – and he had to be talked through how to drink it.
‘How do you drink this?’ he innocently asked, prompting Ciara to helpfully show him the ropes.
‘I am a professional Jägerbomber,’ she grinned, as she explained the process.
A shocked Wagner replied: ‘Without feeling the flavour? Just throw it down the gob?’
After chinning the drink, Wagner and Ciara clinked their glasses as they decalred themselves ‘both winners’.
He then waltzed into the wedding, much to the surprise of all the guests, and performed Livin’ la Vida Loca by Ricky Martin. Iconic.
Viewers were living for Wagner’s appearance, with one enthusing: ‘Nice to see Wagner from The X Factor again.’
Meanwhile, another beamed: ‘WAGNER!! best part of the show tbh.’
Wagner rose to fame in 2010 when he auditioned for the seventh series of X Factor.
He was mentored by Louis Walsh and made it all the way to the quarter final as part of the Over 28s category.
The singer ultimately finished in sixth place after losing the sing-off to Mary Byrne. The series was eventually won by Matt Cardle, with Rebecca Ferguson coming runner-up. One Direction came third, with Cher Lloyd finishing just behind them.
