A UKRAINIAN-born dwarf who was accused of trying to poison her mom has denied the allegations during an emotional interview with Dr Phil on Thursday
Natalia Grace Barnett has spoken out about the wild claims against her that range from her being a con-artist to a wannabe murderer.
The allegations came to light after her adoptive parents Kristine Barnett, 45, and Michael Barnett, 43, were charged with child neglect, this September.
Prosecutors in in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, claim the pair changed Natalia's age from eight to 22-years-old, moved her into an apartment and then migrated to Canada in 2013.
She was adopted by the Barnetts' in 2010, who allegedly told the girl that she had been with "at least 30 families" despite her not remembering "that many".
Natalia came to the US when she was six-years-old, where she then lived with a family in New Hampshire for two years.
'BLEACH IN HER COFFEE'
In the interview with Dr Phil McGraw, which aired on Thursday, the girl took on some of the toughest allegations made by the family.
One of the most concerning was that Kristine claims to have footage of Natalia spraying "bleach in her coffee".
But Natalia claims that she was actually using lemon Pledge to clean the table after she "missed a spot".
She recalled: "I scooted her coffee back and she came out and was like, 'What are you doing?'
"You can look in her coffee. There was nothing."
Kristine also claimed that while she lived with them, she was hiding knives "on top of the fridge" and intended to stab her.
But Natalia responded: "I can't even reach her, not even with a chair. I couldn't reach (a fridge)," according to WLFI.
One incident claimed by Kristine was that Natalia would stand at the edge of the couple's bed with a knife, which she vehemently denied.
"I never went in their room," she said through tears.
'ELECTRIC FENCE' THREAT
Natalia also denied trying to push Kristine "into an electric fence".
She recalled needing to sit down after a long walk for the couple's youngest child's birthday.
Kristine then allegedly tried to get her to stand up but when "she was trying to help me get up and I fell again. She fell with me," Natalia said.
One shocking moment Natalia recalled was alleged being forced to call the police to force them to check her into a psych ward.
She told me to call them and tell them that I wanted to hurt others and I wanted to hurt myself.
She alleges that after the couple moved her into an apartment where they told her to tell anyone who asked that she was 22-years-old.
Natalia said: "When I was living in my first apartment, (Kristine) had me call the police on myself.
"She told me to call them and tell them that I wanted to hurt others and I wanted to hurt myself.
"They came and put me in handcuffs and took me to one of the psychiatric hospitals, and I was out that same night. They said I wasn't crazy."
Another disputed matter is the Natalia's real age, with the Barnetts' claiming she is actually an adult in disguise.
Over time it has become increasingly apparent that this patient is substantially older than she claimed to be.
Their claim is unaided by Natalia's "grossly incomplete" records from Ukraine, which was commented upon someone claiming to work for Indian University Health.
The individual said they were the family's primary care doctor and saw Natalia between 2010 and 2012.
"The birth certificate that was given to the Barnetts showed a date of birth of 9/4/3. This date is clearly inaccurate," the document states.
The letter goes onto allege that she is "substantially older than she claimed to be."
The doctor claimed that a dentist described adult level of wear to her teeth, a Neuropsychology evaluation considered her "fully grown" and with "secondary sex characteristics".
'MENSTRUAL CYCLE' AT EIGHT
Additional allegations included that she had a "normal menstrual cycle" and was diagnosed with "sociopathic personality disorder," which typically appears around the age of 16.
That supposed diagnosis was made in 2011, when he alleged she admitted to being "over eighteen".
Natalia's claims she would have been eight-years-old at that time, but others allege she could be any age from 24 to a 33-year-old woman.
Natalia adamantly states that she is currently 16-years-old.
I guess it comes down to whether or not you are an evil, psychopath demon child that's come over here to murder everybody.
Dr Phil McGraw added: "I guess it comes down to whether or not you are an evil, psychopath demon child that's come over here to murder everybody."
Natalia has now lived with Cynthia and Antwon Mans for around seven years, who claim "she does nothing but love her siblings".
The couple believe that Kristine thought of Natalia as a burden and allege that they "re-aged her" to fit their narrative of events.
"What I believe is that she tried to discredit her with instability, mentally," Antwon said.
The Barnetts, who have since divorced, were charged by police in September this year.
