TWO so-called alien corpses have been put on public display in Mexico City – exciting conspiracy theorists worldwide.
The small "non-human" bodies were presented in windowed boxes at a congressional hearing on UFOs after being found in Cusco, Peru.
UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan led the reveal at Congress, as he testified under oath claiming that the mummified figures are not a part of “our terrestrial evolution,” and are still unknown.
He said the bodies, known as the Nazca mummies, are believed to be over 1,000 years old – and contain rare metals.
At the public hearing, Maussan showed US officials and members of the Mexican government videos of alleged UFOs and other unexplainable phenomena before unveiling the apparent aliens.
He said: “These specimens are not part of our terrestrial evolution.
“These aren’t beings that were found after a UFO wreckage. They were found in diatom (algae) mines, and were later fossilized.”
Mr Maussan has previously been linked to other "alien" discoveries- which were later debunked, such as five "bodies" found in Peur in 2017 that were later shown to be human.
And he has shared widely rubbished videos of UFOs, including one showing lights "flying" out of Popocatepetl.
The bodies were allegedly studied by scientists at the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM) who were able to draw DNA evidence using radiocarbon dating.

After comparisons were made to other DNA samples, it was also allegedly found that over 30% of their DNA was “unknown".
Scans were also shown during the hearing, with claims they showed one of the bodies had eggs inside.
Both also have implants made of very rare metals, such as Osmium, according to Mr Maussan.
Ryan Graves, Americans for Safe Aerospace Executive Director and former US Navy pilot, attended the hearing having warned US Congress and the public that potential unidentified objects could pose a major national security threat to the US in the past few years.
This came after he said as a Navy pilot he saw UFO’s “every day for years.”
During the event, Professor Abraham Avi Loeb, director of the Harvard Astronomy Department and author of the Ouymuamua theory, urged the Mexican government to let national scientists study the possibility of alien life.
It comes as the US is taking UFOs increasingly seriously – with a string of hearings on the topic in Washington DC.
Defence whistleblowers have come forward to insist there is something about the skies that cannot be understood.

And some have even alleged the objects – and potential pilots – are being "covered up" by the US.
Pentagon officials have acknowledged there are unexplained encounters with objects in the sky – but have insisted they do not think they are aliens.
